The modern, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for culinary enthusiasts.Also on this floor, there is a service bathroom, a common bathroom with a shower, and three bedrooms: two double rooms with air conditioning and spacious wardrobes, and a twin room, also air-conditioned, with elegant furniture.On the first floor, there are two double rooms, both with air conditioning and large wardrobes, as well as a common bathroom. On the top floor, there is a twin room with two comfortable beds and a private bathroom with a shower.The exterior invites leisure, with a sparkling pool and a barbecue area perfect for outdoor meals.Enjoy Portimão with every detail thought out for an unforgettable stay!Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 12 guests.From the 13th to the 16th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
