This property is not onsite. You must check in off the property at a hotel about 5 minutes away. The staff at check in is not overly friendly, and did not give directions for finding the apartment building or discuss the parking options. The apartment has parking but it must be purchased at the time of booking. Which also was not an option when booking through Expedia. The building name is Tarik, and parking next to the street or in the car park up the hill was available. The location of the building was in walking distance to the beach, shopping and dining options. The building is mostly private apartments. The staff is very unfriendly in this building and the tenants don’t appear pleased the hotel is renting out apartments. Overall, the room was clean, and the location was good, but felt sketch. We checked out early, and was told we would get back our $200 euro security deposit the next day. However, that did not happen. So beware.

The room was cold without heating and the bathroom windows would not shut which didn’t help the cold at this time of year (November) There was no parking as most of the car park was dug up but we had checked and it said parking available

The key too your success...

Over all this hotel suited my needs....my mobility is hampered after suffering a stroke...so my room allocation was the 18th floor...be prepared to speak fluent languages but not english....when you check in....then be prepared too get a taxi too another hotel 10 minutes away...why they don't issue the key's at the tarik as they used too is a complete mystery...then there's the 9 digit code you have to tap into your door handle...take some one small with you...it'll help.

Les clés sont à recupérer et à déposer à une adresse différente de l'hébergement. Sur le document de réservation c'est pas très bien indiqué Ce qui nous a fait perdre beaucoup de temps . Pas d'accès au parking de l'immeuble ni TV en fonction pour les Portugais par exemple

Das Zimmer war sehr schmutzig und es stank überall! Die zwei ältere herren von der Rezeption waren seehhhr unfreundlich sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Nie wieder.

Reserve un apartamento cerca de la playa y me alojaron en otro que tenía que coger el coche para salir a todas partes. Comunicación fatal! Me dieron una dirección para recoger las llaves del apartamento y ahora cuando llego no abre nadie . Tuve que llamar por teléfono y mandarme bien la ubicación

Solo nos cambiaron a otro hotel cercano pero fue mejor y no hubo problema!! Tener en cuenta que ademas de la reserva, te solicitan en el check in unos 200 euros en concepto fianza… todo lo demas, super recomendable

Decent stay

We booked this hotel last minute and did not know that you have to check in at a different location. We got to Tarik Hotel with all of our luggage only to be told that we have to go to another place 15 min walk away or a 5 min drive away. The guy we encountered at Tarik was not friendly at all and just seemed annoyed. However the people at Atlantic Real where you check in were quite nice and friendly. Other than that, the room we got was not too bad. Nice bathroom and pretty spacious room with a nice view of the city. The hotel seemed really dated and old and had a strange smell but the room was fine and we only stayed for one night so it wasn't too bad. The location of the hotel is fantastic and super close to the beach and the shops.

Gostei da localização e como o quarto que reservei não estava disponível, recebi outro que tinha ar condicionado. Não gostei do conforto das camas, de ter que pagar a parte o estacionamento, poucos utensílios e alguns avariados. Ponto negativo também para a duche que é apenas de mão, instalada no meio da parede. O Checkin e realizado em outro endereço.O atendimento do Checkin foi muito cordial.
