Location was great and the apartment was very clean. Unfortunately, the door code we were given didn't work to get in and it was quite uncomfortable due to heat while we tried to figure it out. Thankfully the staff were very responsive and we were able to get in after 15 minutes. Also, the shower drain didnt flow well and water went everywhere. We had to use all the towels available to clean it up. Finally, the air conditioner stopped working in the late evening. After a fun time hanging out in Madrid, we came back to the apartment being 26° C. It was a HOT night.

"I was overall disappointed. On arrival, with a toddler and multiple bags, no assistance was ever offered to use luggage cart up to the room. They only provided 2 towels, it was 3 of us, so I called first 2 nights for additional towels and on the 2nd night was told they are only allowed to do 2 towels ..."
