Mondavio, Ca Lucciola is a villa with rustic and authentic charm, surrounded by a large garden with tall trees, flowerbeds, and quiet corners where you can relax in complete

privacy. The farmhouse, built in typical exposed brick, retains the warm atmosphere of a country home thanks to its wooden-beamed ceilings, terracotta floors, and traditional

furnishings. The property is divided into several units, simply and functionally furnished,

with air conditioning in the bedrooms and welcoming spaces ideal for

groups or families. A few steps from the house is the swimming pool (12x7 m, depth 1.40 m) with

Roman steps, beige PVC lining, and chlorine purification, partially covered by a fixed structure that provides shade. Ca Lucciola is the perfect place for those seeking tranquility, nature, and authenticity. Pets are welcome.



INTERIOR – The villa comprises three units with independent access, designed to offer comfort and privacy to large groups. The interior spaces are distributed across multiple levels and furnished in a simple, traditional style.
