"The location of this property and the view was amazing! As advertised, right across the street is the sea and you get a wonderful view of the sunset in the evening! Beach is walkable and easy to access from the hotel, and the breakfast and dinner options were all fantastic. Staff was very helpful with any questions that I had and parking was in abundance compared to other places I've stayed at in Italy. They even have a parking garage!"

"To start with the positives: I found all the staff friendly and helpful, and the rooms, bedding, towels were all clean. The hotel is in a good location, close to via Roma and a few minutes walk from Teatro Massimo.
On the other hand, first impressions are not good: the hotel is entered through a run-down arcade, into a threadbare reception. The only access to the rooms (all on the first floor) is via an ancient, small, slow lift, with buttons that have to be repeatedly pressed, and which...
"Very beautiful old style place . Extremely clean and the host Gabriel is very accommodating and kind . The neighborhood is good too . Not in Touristy areas but not far (15 mns walk) !

"Gabrielle met us at check in and familiarized us with everything in the apartment. He was a very gracious host. It has spectacular views, especially the rooftop. In the perfect location to be close to the action in Mondello but still nice and quiet. Very easy to get to the beach and many restaurants. "

"The house was perfect for our family and we loved the location. Short walk to the beach and town! The dinner prepared by Daniela and her husband was some of the best Sicilian food I’ve ever had ( and Im Sicilian!) Our guide Josie was wonderful too. Our only complaint was the garbage system. They use very small cans that have to be taken out every night. "
