"Conor was amazing at check in - couldn’t do enough. Sabina, was delightful, friendly and again, couldn’t do enough. Service in Dungeon Bar, a bit hit or miss. No plate under Chowder, didn’t know what a finger bowl was for chicken wings - had to explain. Table sprayed and cleaned whilst food was on the table. Need a wee bit of training, easily fixed! "

"We traveled from the US for a Family Reunion in Tipperary; this location was lovely in County Clare as it was close to many sights we wanted to see. A serene, lake setting, peaceful and quiet with excellent communication with the landlord. We had all ages, and a good time was had by all, the house setting let everyone do their own thing."

"All aspects of the hotel are excellent What stood out for us on out recent visit was the attitude and standards of all the staff. The accommodation is a very good standard with excellent gym, pool and spa facilities. The breakfast was also excellent. The coffee lounge was well used, and provided us with a lovely luncheon box on for our visit to the airport. The charming, friendly and very hard working staff everywhere added so much to our impressions and experience. We will revisit, and recommend to others. "
