"Great location near, and with a view of, the sea. Everything was small. The room, bed and shower. Maintenance was needed. Fixings in the room where a mirror once lived and a curtain pole that fell down when I drew the curtain. Three teabags for two people for two nights is insufficient. . Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby."

"A beautiful sea view room with a beautiful bathroom all very newly refurbished. We found the fridge very useful too, as we brought our own milk but the supply of tea and coffee a bit mean 2 teabags per day the same with coffee. The lift needs replacing, we found it very rickety. Breakfast was a bit disappointing for the money we were charged."

"Property is ideal for a quick break away. Rooms are decent size and it had all the amenities needed to get by. It’s a 15min walk to Saundersfoot downhill (uphill is the killer so add another 15mins haha) the location is great for accessing beach , restaurants etc. There is parking as well -managed to park 2 vehicles at the front (blocking each other in) . We took loads of seat coverings etc but in fairness they were also provided in the house in case the dogs jumped on the furniture. Master Bedroom has double bed , shower and sink . Bedroom 2 has 2 x single beds and bedroom 3 has a single bed. Family bathroom is where the toilet is with bath etc . This was ok for us but I think a 2nd W/C would stop the queuing lol (however we did manage as a party of 4 adults) . Kitchen is a decent size fully equipped to cook a decent meal and living area has a large sofa with 2 large chairs with dining table that seats 6 . All in all a tidy property for a break away"

"This is a lovely property which is surface clean. Its needs a good clean/redecorate My worse problem is that it has over bath showers in all rooms which as I am unsteady I could not useApart from that it is lovely, comfortable and well stocked which necessities"
