Great Place. Lovely Location. Very Convenient

Hotel Lumen is simply wonderful! The location is perfect—we were able to walk almost everywhere, including the Louvre, the Tuileries Garden, Place de la Concorde, and the metro. Our room was cozy and comfortable, with a balcony, air conditioning, a sitting area, a spacious bathroom, a mini fridge, and a coffee and tea station. We also appreciated the fresh bottled water provided daily. Breakfast was excellent, with a varied buffet that was the perfect way to start each day, and the housekeeping staff was always professional and attentive. The highlight of our stay was the incredible staff, especially Shami and Slavisa. Everyone was warm and welcoming, and they always made an effort to speak Spanish, English, and French—the three languages we use—which made us feel comfortable and cared for from day one. They helped us with directions, transportation, luggage, and even prepared breakfast bags when we had early departures. Every afternoon, after exploring Paris, we were welcomed back with refreshing mint water and fresh bread in the lobby. It was such a thoughtful touch that truly made us feel like we were coming home. We highly recommend Hotel Lumen and will definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our visit to Paris so special!
