  • This authentic villa in Puglia, founded in the 1600, rises on a hill that watches over the city of Monopoli. Villa Rotondo can welcome up to 6 guests in three comfortable bedrooms; two equipped with air-conditioning, on the first floor, the third is situated in a chilled Trullo, of typical Apulian architecture. The kitchen is fully furnished, ample and large with a large dining table.



    A vast outdoor area, finely dressed by nature and man, in line with this typical Apulian mansion: the centenary trees, guaranteeing shadow during warm summer days, a patio furnished with table and chairs allowing guests to enjoy delicious meals, by delighting themselves of the fresh breeze and breathtaking view from the hill, a gracious private pool, placed in the area accordingly to respect the landscape permits, offering guests moments of pure refreshments.



    A few steps away from Villa Rotondo arises a breezy pinewood, a true oasis of peace, that guests can reach easily by foot, to enjoy pleasurable walks in the shadow and regenerate the body and mind. Villa Rotondo is the ideal place for who desires to enjoy a relaxing vacation but also for whom who wishes to discover everything that puglia has to offer, due to the proximity of the beach and key destinations of touristic interest in the area.

Holiday in Puglia

The house is in a very good position, not far from the center of Monopoli. The garden is amazing, big, full of plants and flowers. The swimming and the nearby area is very nice. The only con is that the public road is close to the property.

Fantastic estate !

The house is great and with very nice sized pool for both kids & adults. Large garden surrounds the house, but close to road wich som probably will find annoying. For us it was only disturbing the first day until we got used to it. We had a great stay and enjoyed the surrounding small villages.

Magnifique séjour dans cette villa. Piscine privée qui fait du bien sous 45°! A environ 30 min de magnifiques villes et villages comme Alberobello, Loco Rotondo etc . Plages à 10 minutes en voiture. Le propriétaire Danilo est très sympathique et répond rapidement en cas de questions sur la maison ou encore pour nous conseiller des choses sympa à faire dans la région ! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans les Pouilles !

Bien placée pour visiter les Pouilles mais très bruyant

La maison est très jolie et typique des Pouilles, le jardin est magnifique mais il est difficile de profiter des exterieurs à cause du bruit. La maison est en contre bas d'une nationale très passante. A éviter si vous le chercher le calme. Anastasia a été très agreable et nous a donner d'excellents bon conseils

Superbe villa!

Cette villa est vraiment exceptionnelle. Mis à part la route qui passe vraiment près (mais la nuit il y a peu de passage dobc on y dort très bien), elle se situe au milieu des oliviers et des figuiers et offre des vacances paisibles loin de tous voisins. Le logement lui même est très bien équipé (un bon canapé confortable serait un plus!) et de toute beauté. La piscine est impeccable et on situe près de Monopoli, pour moi une des plus belles villes des Pouilles! Et l'équipe d'HelloApulia est très disponible pour toutes questions ou pour règler les problèmes éventuels. On y retournera très certainement.

From A to Z excellent service!!Reservations, payment, arrival and departure were perfect! Check in manager Massimo and check out manager Pablo were very kind and welcoming, gave us lots of local information and were available to accommodate our early check out. House is beautiful!! !lots of outdoor space surrounded by olive and fruit trees for a relaxing holiday; inside, lots of local character decoration which it gives you the ideal frame for your vacations in Puglia. Full equipped and very comfortable! Just two little notes: bedrooms are a bit noisy due too close to main road (need to close windows at night to avoid noise).Need to renew dishware (many plates had broken borders). Our suggestion: to install a lighting alarm indicating when car is coming out as the exit to the main road is a bit dangerous. We've just came back and planning already our return!! Thank you for your excellent service!!
