This amazing 1920s cottage has been completely redone. New landscaping and a huge patio make the outdoor space beautiful. This cottage is in a fantastic location, close to ATV trails, mountain biking, paved bike path and fishing. It is easy to get to and from I-70. It is a perfect location for a family vacation to Richfield and Sevier County. It is a family friendly and pet friendly home.

The Space: The home is a two bed/one bath cottage in a rural residential neighborhood. The house has been completely renovated inside including new furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing family meals. The rooms are furnished with hotel quality beds, dressers and chairs. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, soap and plenty of towels. It is set up to be a comfortable home base for attending events or a exploring all of the great outdoor activities in the area. There is a large patio area with a grill and table with seating for 6. The parking area is graveled and large enough for ATV trailers. If it is in the home, it is for your use. We have tried to include everything we expect and enjoy in a vacation home.

Bedrooms- Extra blankets and pillows are in each dresser. Hangers are available in the closets. A pack n play is stored in the middle bedroom closet. Kitchen- There is everything you will need to prepare family meals. You will find a slow cooker, pots and pans, bakeware, utensils and serving ware for 6 people. In the cupboard you will find basic cooking herbs and spices, oil, flour and sugar. A starter amount of coffee, tea and hot chocolate are also provided.

Laundry Room- A washer and dryer are provided. Detergent and dryer sheets are on the shelf. There is an iron and an ironing board in the laundry room also.

TV room- The TV room is furnished with a large flat screen TV, basic cable, wifi, books and games.

Outside- There is a large patio with a grill for your cookouts in the evening. There is a large gravel parking area. There is a fire pit area.

Security camera disclosure- There is a motion activated camera on the front and back door areas for your peace of mind and ours. We aren’t concerned about our guests. We have always had great guests stay at our rentals. It’s a guest house in a rural location that is often vacant.

General location- This cottage is truly in rural Utah. That means that there are farm animals around. You can hear the cows nearby . The neighbor has a large flock of domestic geese. An irrigation canal runs beside the road. There are no street lights and it is pretty quiet here at night and dark. We hope everyone that chooses to stay here is seeking a quiet time away from city noise and crowds. All services, shopping, and larger civilization can be found in Richfield, about 10 miles away. If you are coming to the area for hiking, fishing, geocaching, ATV riding, and other outdoor activities, you will find this cottage is the perfect location. This cottage is the perfect base for exploring everything fun in Sevier County.

Wonderful place!

This is the third year we have stayed here on our road trip to and from California. We look forward to staying here every year on our travels- it’s such a cute house, comfortable and clean with close proximity to I-70 and places to eat nearby. I hope the Cove View Cottage is always here- we wouldn’t want to stay any where else!

Cute and Cosy Home, Great View

Owner was super accommodating to our needs. Came for a quick respite and a CanAm ride up the Paiute trail. So nice to come back to a comfy bed and a house that was stocked with what we needed. We will definitely be back, thanks for allowing us a space to create new memories.

Fantastic Host, Monroe is a Hidden Gem

My buddy and I were in town for the Chris Birch, Say No to Slow Motorcycle Training. The Cove View Cottage was perfect for us. We enjoyed our stay so much we added two nights and the Host, Julia was just great, quick to help with every need. We’ll be back next year for more classes.
