"It was in terrible condition.The bottom of my feet were black from going barefoot inside our room. The towel bar in the bathroom fell off the wall when I removed a towel. The TV box was bad. The staff originally said we didn't have a reservation but then found it. A window was cracked and held together with tape. We asked for maid service which was done. The bed was left without the bedspread. The staff was very helpful with all of the issues."

"Positives, comfy bed, cleaning crew were friendly and helpful, TV was easy to naviagte the channels. Negatives - The pool was full of screaming adults and children, so headed outside, still noisy, and the umbrellas weren't shading the table and chairs, so we moved some chairs out to the shady grassy area - where my husband immediately got bit by a bug, it slashed open his skin, about an inch and half long ... The place is noisy. You hear slamming doors and people moving around upstairs all night. Parking is awful, only one handicapped space - but so many CLUB only spots. Breakfast is okay, the lady working was very nice, but it was hard to converse when trying to eat so we could get a move on. Might check out the hotels up by the 70 next time."

"Property is an historic old home in the heart of Monroe, Utah. Very cool architecture and design, and a good job of retrofitting the rooms. Our suite was large & comfortable. We had a coffee maker but no coffee or creamer. Hallway lights below shine into the room at night if light is left on, and any guests coming or going make noise when they slam the front door. Also, it would have been nice to have the door code BEFORE arriving instead of having to call someone for it and hoping they'd answer the phone. Monroe itself doesn't have alot going for it on a Sunday, but we were able to grab a great breakfast in Richfield."

"This is a cute property! The house is a little older, but is very well maintained. The owner obviously takes pride in this home. All new comfortable beds. New washer and dryer. Fun decor throughout. Accurate description. Great back yard with covered dining area, and dirt area beyond with a fire pit. (We had s'mores one night.) We used it as home base for Big Rock Adventure (good rafting!), Fremont Indian State Park (interesting, with hikes available), and fishing."

"The property was great check-in was super easy. There is one bathroom so you need to account for how many people you have going with you the room where it shows three beds. Those beds are twin beds so be aware of that. They’re also right above the queen bed with the TV and the mainstay cabin. We had a great experience. It was a great time. Lots of fun."

"Very cute comfortable tiny house cabin close to Monroe Mnt. UTV trails. Also rented the UTV from Rhet and Kim, lots of fun exploring the mountain. Rhet and Kim great hosts. Campground shop and ice cream next door was an asset.."
