The farmhouse has been cleverly divided into six apartments, each equipped with modern comforts to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay. Each unit is equipped with underfloor heating and cooling, fully equipped kitchens, windows with mosquito nets and Wi-Fi in all areas. In addition, each apartment has a private garden furnished with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying the surrounding landscape.

Guests can also enjoy an exclusive swimming pool with a 15-meter long pool, perfect for swimming or relaxing. The pool area is enriched by a spacious relaxation area, located on steps in the water, from which you can admire a splendid view of the Marche countryside, creating an atmosphere of total peace and harmony with nature.
