"The hotel has good facilities, but our experience was terrible. The app used for assistance and access simply does not work properly. We had to wait about 40 minutes outside in the sun because the app would not allow us to enter the hotel. Outdoor shower is cold water only. Very rudimentary but comfortable. Location was great for the castle and the restaurant out the front door directly across the road was very good. Recommend the pork cheeks. Make reservations"
