The Poetto is about 15 minutes by car, while Villasimius and some of Sardinia's most beautiful beaches can be reached in about 50 minutes.



The apartment has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine and covered private parking, a particularly convenient added value for those travelling by car.

The induction kitchen is modern and well-equipped, ideal for preparing meals in total comfort during the stay.

To fulfil the identification requirements provided by Italian public safety regulations, Propertize requires all guests to complete the identification procedure through their secure check-in system before arrival. The procedure may include entering identification document details and identity verification. Additionally, guests will be required to sign the lease contract and, where applicable, pay the tourist tax.



The amount indicated on the portal includes the rental fee due to the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be specified in the lease agreement and will result in the issuance of two separate accounting documents made out to the guest.
