"Wow what a stay! To start, the view over the hills and the surrounding lakes are stunning complemented by the various rooftops and balconies. The pool was very relaxing, while watching the local farm animals and inhabitant birds. The icing on the cake were the homestay owners and staff. "Brilliant hotel, amazing food, good location, reasonably good service. Best part was that we got a free upgrade. Breakfast was pretty good too. Dinner awesome...so much so that my friend said that he will bring his family there just to dine.
One thing - Google maps are not most convenient, don't follow it. Call hotel and take alternate route."

"The property is good for only it's location that too only for the view from its top floor rooms (Suit).
Hotel is badly understaffed. Water Geysers are not efficient thus hot water was not available. Restaurant does not serve most of the items on its menu and quality of food was average. There is lack of internal communication, Our booking was with breakfast included but restaurant was not notified hence staff asked us to pay, issue was later sorted."

"Very bad location if you are coming for travelling. While booking free breakfast was mentioned but not provided. Only 1 complimentary water bottle for 1 day provided for 3 people. Super deluxe room was given while we booked superior deluxe. no balcony in that room. Only 1 towel was provided for 3 people that too for only 1 day not for 3 days stay.
Only monsoon palace is near otherwise all attractions are very far. Very noisy as its location is on the road.
