The apartment with direct access to the beach and with seaview is in a quiet area of Mont-Roig del Camp, beside the seaside resort Miami Playa. For its location and characteristics it is ideal for families or anyone who wants to disconnect and spend some holidays in a privileged environment.

The apartment of 60 m2 for 6 persons, has a living room with flat screen TV and a convirtible couch, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 beds, an seperate kitchen with a glass-ceramic hob, totally equipped with fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery, cookware, toaster, fruit squeezer and a coffee pot. It also has a terrace with table and chairs to spend some nice summer.

It has a TV with satellite en french, air conditioning, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, clothe dryer, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

The urbanization Guardamar has a communal swimming-pool for adults and children with grass, a nice garden, talb tennis, basketball basket and outdoor parking.

It is 5 minutes away from Miami Playa, 10 minutes from Cambrils adn 15 minutes from Salou

No es la primera vez que visito estos apartamentos, me encanta la ubicación. Un lugar ideal para desconectar. El apartamento es funcional, adecuado, con buena distribución y lo necesario para pasar unos días. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y el ambiente es familiar. La atención en las oficinas es muy correcta. Para mí un sitio excelente para huir de la ciudad y pasar unos estupendos días de descanso. El WIFI se podría mejorar.

bien dans son ensemble

l'emplacement 1 :wifi dans les appartements. 2 :Insonorisation entre les appartements. pas de travaux en periode touristique (juin,juillet aout,septembre) sur la plage . Trois nuits avec un va et vient de camions...pas de repos possible.
