Apartment triplex type.

Ideally located in downtown Miami Playa, less than 300 meters from the beach. We offer this beautiful apartment completely redone on a modern theme and design. Facade of the building redone also. Sleeps 8 people. it has 2 double bedrooms with king size beds (180cm) which each have a large wardrobe, and a smaller room with twin beds and hang clothes on hangers. In the beautiful living / dining room, there is also a double sofa bed. Private and closed parking, very close to all shops, no need for a car. Fully equipped with every comfort (washing machine, dishwasher, safe ...). French TV HD. Sea view from all the rooms of the apartment. From the terrace you can even see Cape Salou and Port Aventura. Also has very nice views to the mountains. 3rd floor. Place alive, and always lively, ideal to spend great holidays with family or friends, free wifi at 30 meters and depending on phones or computers, sometimes we get the signal in the apartment.

Air conditioning included in the rate in high season (July and August). Outside July, it is 30 € per week, if and only you want it, no obligation. This is a reversible clim (hot and cold)

Estupendo apartamento, exactamente como se muestra en las fotos. Decorado con gusto y alma. Muy buena ubicación, porque todas las tiendas y cafeterías necesarias están cerca. También se puede llegar a la playa en 5-7 minutos. Propietarios amables que respondieron todas mis preguntas y dieron sus recomendaciones. No tuvimos mucha suerte con el tiempo, estaba lloviendo, pero las habitaciones estaban cálidas. Ni siquiera fue necesario encender el aire acondicionado ni el ventilador. Mi familia disfrutó mucho de este apartamento de vacaciones. Recomendado :)

Tolle Ferienwohnung im Herzen von Miami Platja

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr originell geschnitten, es ist alles vorhanden von Spülmittel bis Waschmittel. Sehr nette Vermieter die jederzeit ansprechbar waren. WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Der Balkon mit dem Blick auf die Innenstadt ist das Highlight. Der Straßenverkehr ist jedoch nachts nicht zu hören. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
