"I recently stayed in the North Tower and had a mixed experience. The room was very spacious, which I really appreciated, and most importantly, it was exceptionally clean. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything spotless. That said, I think the rooms are due for some updates. The bed was quite noisy, making it difficult to move without it creaking throughout the night. The towels also felt old and worn and could definitely be replaced. The bathtub was another challenge—it sits very high, making it difficult and potentially unsafe to step in and out. An upgrade to a walk-in shower or a lower tub would make a big difference. Overall, the cleanliness and room size were great, but a few renovations and refreshed amenities would significantly improve the guest experience."

"Short walking distance to multiple beaches and easy walk to central Laguna Beach restaurants, cafes and stores. Very clean, surprisingly roomy for family of five. Really appreciated the outdoor shower and beach supplies stored on the fenced-in deck area. Really nice kitchen and living area with modern, updated bathrooms."

"This was probably our best VRBO rental to date. Paul is an exceptional host with an absolutely gorgeous home. It was walking distance to the beach and close to everything Laguna has to offer. Paul even runs the arts studio Black Iris right below which was so fun to check out. Will definitely consider renting this true Laguna gem again."
