We loved our stay. The hotel is clean and bright and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was amazing! It is situated an easy walk away from Fishermans Warf and the Pier. Travelling with kids, this made it easy. Parking is a bit expensive, but there are off site lots close by to choose from if preferred. Highly recommend!

I do not feel I can trust this hotel. My pre-paid reservation was for a Premier-tier King room and when I arrived at 11:15pm I was informed there was "a system problem" and I was downgraded to the lowest, base-level Queen room (most places upgrade in these instances). The desk resolution was to only waive the Resort Fee. Based on my interaction with staff I thought this was an intentional "bait and switch" by the hotel. The base-level room was on the 2nd floor by the elevator and had zero amenities (not even a closet). I paid a premium price for this and the hour was too late to find another hotel.
Again, I do not feel I can trust this hotel. I will be sending an mail/letter to the general manager...
