Cozy apartment with shared pool in the historic building.



Spend a relaxing vacation in a stylish setting and enjoy all the benefits of Tuscany. The apartment awaits its guests on the first floor and can accommodate 4 people with 2 bedrooms. Of these, one has a double bed and the other is furnished with 2 single beds. On cooler evenings you can make yourself comfortable by the fireplace.



On the fenced property you can relax in idyllic surroundings, your children will find a playhouse and swing. The communal pool offers refreshment on hot summer days and table tennis table and volleyball net provide entertainment.



Very close to the house you will find hiking and biking trails and a trim trail, so you can be active in nature during your vacation. Also visit Montaione, where you can visit, for example, the glass museum in the Palazzo del Podesta.

Un logement peu équipé et enclin aux effractions

Le logement est grand, la literie est bonne. Mais les salles bain au niveau du rideau de douche, des toilettes ne sont pas correctement nettoyé. La cuisine comprend l'archi minimum : pas de fouet, de verre doseur, de raclette, une seule poele... Pour 4 personnes par appartement il y avait 3 transats à la piscine. par ailleurs, la résidence n'est pas clôturée comme annoncée, les fenêtres et portes en bois n'ont pas permmis de stopper 3 cambriolages simultanés.
