Holiday home La Rimessa is a beautiful stone building that includes pool, air conditioning and WiFi internet. La Rimessa is a villa / farmhouse / home having a total of five separate units. The property can accommodate up to 30 guests comfortably in 15 bedrooms with 15 bathrooms. Conveniently located 3 km (2 mi) from Montaione, Italy and only 16 km (10 mi) from San Gimignano.

LA RIMESSA is composed by 3 independent houses (Casa Padronale, Casa Marcello and Il Fienile), plus a 3rd building, Fornace, containing 2 apartments: Fornace 1+ Fornace 2.

In case the 5 units are booked together a group of 30 would have the exclusive use of the property; the unit Casa Padronale has a large veranda, good for communal dining; also its kitchen is large.

Each unit offers private patio or garden, BBQ.

A five-a-side football pitch with artificial grass and a paddle court (illuminated so also possible to play at night) are available to the guests.

Upon arrival you will be welcomed by the owner or manager where you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills and the lake perfect for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany. Regardless of how you spend your days - sightseeing, shopping, visiting museums or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can unwind with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. Also available outside are a playground, barbecue grill and patio. This vacation rental is a multi-unit property which is perfect for a group of friends or acquaintances traveling together that want to have private living and sleeping quarters while sharing the common areas, such as the pool or garden, with the group. Each apartment is equipped with its own fully-equipped kitchen for meal preparation.

La Rimessa is a nice stone building that has a total of five separate apartments that is conveniently located 3 km (2 mi) from Montaione, Italy and only 16 km (10 mi) from San Gimignano. La Rimessa, among other amenities, includes also WiFi internet, shared pool and air conditioning.

Casa Padronale is a five-bedroom unit with five bathrooms that is built on two levels and can accommodate up to ten guests. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).

Sharing a meal with friends and family is a huge part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your vacation. The kitchen includes coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to ten guests.
