My overall experience with Aurum Firenze was awesome. I really enjoyed my stay. The room was perfect. The hotel is located in a perfect spot. The staff were top tier☺️🤌 I would most definitely stay here again.

Loved the room upgrade and the bottle of wine. There are restaurants and a grocery store an easy walk away. We didn’t use the pool but it looked really nice. The balcony was great for eating a small take away breakfast on

Other than the lack of a front desk for check in and if it wasn’t for another guest we would have had great difficulty getting in as we arrived late and had no way to contact them ahead of time .
The room was very nice bed exceptional once we were there it was easy to get around. However very difficult to order a taxi again no front desk. This is something that had to be improved.
