Nice property with a few glitches. Our top floor room got sauna-level warm without the heat being turned on because of heating system flaw that required us to keep the windows open. Our door latch handle kept dropping off onto the carpet. Fresh orange juice for breakfast! B-grade breakfast pastries. Self-serve coffee machine! Hard-boiled eggs only.

The hotel was undergoing work so the whole outside area was out of use which we wasn’t informed about also the air conditioning was switch off due to being out or season so sleeping conditions were hot and the breakfast was so busy with lots of food running out

We did not have AC. We were told they are not allowed to turn the AC on in Balogna until May. The room was very hot . The room was very nice. It looked newly remodeled very nicely.
The breakfast was pretty nice. Alot of road construction for transit going on. Overall I would say it is pretty nice. Im assuming when they are allowed to turn on the AC it will be alot cooler in the room

excellent staff. arrived late but front desk helped us order food from off site. Also arranged a taxi to cruise ship nest morning. Great room and amenities. Only stayed one night on way to cruise. Very satisfied.
