"This hotel was super clean with great amenities..food was all very tasty...drinks were strong...our room was always cool and our pool was heated wich is always a plus...shows and d.j every night and a club to dance at..would recommend to anyone"

"The food, staff, and customer service are horrible at this hotel. They require you to make reservations for all restaurants through an app that doesn’t work. You can only make 2 days of reservations and can only make them once you are on property. Concierge staff are the worst - rude and unhelpful! You can’t swim in the ocean (actually a bay) because of the murky water with tons of jelly fish. Spend less money and stay at a much better place like Secrets or Dreams (right down the street). The only thing amazing about this hotel is the fitness center and the upstairs adult Club Azur pool and restaurant."

"We had an AMAZING time! The property’s manager/main bartender made our time there extraordinary! He went above and beyond great customer service levels and because of him, emphasizing again, BECAUSE OF HIM and his outstanding level of customer service (which we are finding is difficult to find these days) we are planning on being back at least once per year! His staff/helper bartenders were great too, and Chefs made us some amazing authentic Dominican experience type food and drinks!!! We made beautiful core memories here that we will never forget!!! We will make a further detailed review with pictures included listing all the great things this place offered because there were so many! Go see this place if you get a chance! Beautiful, clean, quiet ocean-front cabins and ecolodges with most importantly, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! "

"The room was amazing and the staff made sure everything we wanted was taken care of"

"The property, beach, and kids club were amazing. Be careful booking on expedia. We booked a preferred ocean front swim out with two double beds. Apparently this room doesn't exist. When we got there we were put in a room with a King size bed and a pull out couch. We made it work but that is not what we booked. The room was also the farthest room away from the preferred club. Again we made this work but was not what was booked. This isnt the first time somwthing like this has happened to us using expedia. Also be prepared to tip the staff, especially the bar tender. Basically if you didnt have money in your hand he would not serve you. Food and service not the greatest and actually fell slightly below my already low expectations."

"Zoetry Augua is a very beautiful, serine resort with Caribbean vibes, lush green landscaping throughout, pools overlooking the private beach, clean comfortable spa like rooms with bottles of wine waiting for you inside, this resort has less than 100 rooms, it will not be crowded which allows the friendly yet professional staff to offer more personalized attention as they pamper you from the minute you arrive on site, your personal concierge makes sure the staff attends to your every need. The restaurants are wonderful and accommodating with many healthy meals to choose from, poolside swim up bars, your favorite beverages delivered to you while soaking in the sun on the private beach, the spa and health club are a short walk from wherever you are. This was our first time to Zoetry, we did not know what to expect, we would either find out it was amazing or they had had a very good photographer for their advertisements, we were pleasantly surprised to find it was everything and more, we can’t wait to return.
