"We enjoyed the food, the drinks, the staff were friendly and helpful. We were in total 4 families with 2 staying at the Rif and two at Mangrove . I think it’s unfair that the rif has exclusive areas just for their guests when it’s a shared property and the Mangrove rates are sometimes higher than the Rif. Other than that it was a very enjoyable experience."

"if u want the most minimal things from an all inclusive then this is the place. only one restaurant which is the buffet food was ok not so bad but most workers are slow. You only get cleaning every 3 days. They didn’t even clean the sink or toilet. They’re supposed to change the towels everyday but they don’t until i kept complaining. there is a snack bar open after lunch and pizza by 5-9pm. They do not refill the toiletries or coffee pods. Water park is closed tuesday and wednesday for cleaning."
