"The property is modern and comfortably fits a family of 4. True to the pictures. Good value for money. Direct train to the airport. 5-10 mins to the nearest metro. Plenty of shops around and a good restaurant called Tingle close by for family dinners. Clean. Kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment. Welcome bottle of Cava and some coffee capsules much appreciated. Overall good stay and would return."

"My family ( two kids 3 & 7) plus elderly parents stayed in this wonderful l apartment for the start of our trip. It’s an excellent spot, just a short walk from the born and the gothic districts, with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean and spacious with plenty of rooms for our extended party. We enjoyed the view from the roof as well! Shaun, Marc and Sara were all quick to respond to our questions. "What a beautiful oasis in the middle of the city. Look/feel is very hip although met all the needs for my young family. Very spacious and clean. Host went above and beyond after some travel hiccups we had no control over. A must stay! "

"The flat in Barcelona was comfortable and well situated. It is close to public transit, very walk-able and on a quiet street. Check in was a breeze and it included a walk through making sure the appliances were working and the hot water was hot. The entire flat was sparkling clean. The kitchen was well stocked and there were ample supplies for dishes and laundry. We were seven adults that enjoyed our stay in this spacious flat. I would recommend this flat for your visit to Barcelona."

"This apartment was just right. Location was perfect - easy access to metro and short walks to lively restaurants & bars. Bakeries and markets nearby. Quiet neighborhood, but dynamic at the same time. Apartment was clean, simple and spacious. Plenty of room for our family - with 2 college-aged sons. "We would recommend this company and this building to anyone visiting Barcelona. 2 minute walk to the Sagrada Familia and the Metro. Lots of restaurants and activity on the street. Apartment was nice and clean with the exception of the sofa bed linens not being changed from the previous visitors but management was very responsive and also had a plumbing issue repaired within the hour. "The Apartment was as described and provided a great base for our stay in a quiet neighbourhood, but 5 minutes away from a main road and subway. Our only issue was scaffolding covering the balconies, we chose this apartment for the balcony and were not advised in advance of the scaffolding, we felt a bit cheated in this as there was plenty of opportunity before arrival to let us know."

"Apartment was perfectly clean, management was responsive (and stored our bags when we arrived early), and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. We would gladly stay here again. Friendly reminder- like most city apartments, this one is in a larger building near a busy intersection with neighbors in all directions. Bring ear plugs if you can't sleep with some noise."

It was spotlessly clean Communication with the owner was good they were very accommodating. Gracia is an ideal place to come back to of an evening after a days sightseeing the city was very crowded. The rooftop terrace was a great place to enjoy a glass of wine. Would definitely stay again. Communication regarding check in and luggage storage while waiting to check in was amazing.
