The Turchese Apartment is located within Villa Staderini, in a unique location overlooking the Argentario coast, just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Porto Santo Stefano. Here, you can leave your car behind and easily reach restaurants, bars, shops, and the harbour with a 10-minute walk.
What makes this property truly special is its direct connection to the sea. From the villa, a private staircase leads down to the rocks and crystal-clear water, allowing you to take a dip at any time of day, away from the crowded beaches.

The property can accommodate up to 5 people and features a reserved parking space within the villa. From the parking area, you reach the apartment via a picturesque walking path surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation that leads directly to the home’s entrance and the terraces overlooking the sea.
Important Information
Due to the nature of the property, access to the apartment is via stairs, and the interior layout includes several steps. In addition, the panoramic terraces are bordered by low walls. For these reasons, the property is particularly suitable for guests with good mobility and may not be the best option for people with mobility challenges or families with very young children, who require closer supervision in outdoor areas.
