  • In a lakefront villa in the quaint village of Peschiera Maraglio, a few steps from the ferry and close to the center, bright and modern apartment on the ground floor, with garden. Apartment recognized as a holiday home by the Province of Brescia with CIR 017111-CNI-00039.
    Equipped with every comfort: brand new kitchen with induction hob and dishwasher, normal oven and microwave, sitting area with armchair and sofa bed for relaxation, LED satellite TV, wifi, laptop corner, double bedroom, bathroom with brand new oversized shower, washing machine, garden outside with sitting area and table for dining, barbecue.
    There are 4 bicycles.
    Linen service included, beach towels, courtesy set.
    Reserved parking for a fee in Sulzano. My home: feel like home!
