It is not a 4 stars hotel. The hot water stopped working and we were informed that the showers had to be very fast or we would have to wait for the heater to heat it up again.

Breakfast selection was good, staff friendly and helpful. Limited wifi in outdoor areas by pool. Limited transport options into Catania. Uber taxis were expensive and unreliable.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel, we needed some quiet and relaxation so perfect for us, everything well thought out to meet your every need and very clean, amazing choice at breakfast with hot and cold options, the staff were wonderful, so helpful and friendly we felt right at home.
The resort was very quiet with very few restaurants and bars but we were out of season, if the hotel restaurant had been open we would have eaten there but we would definitely return again when travelling through Sicily.
