"Great location - walking distance to a lot of the sites and restaurants, the staff is incredibly helpful especially the front desk. I did not care for the room service. They just added a Gym, not aware of the spa services. Rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. I only wish they had water to provide in the gym and or a communal area at the front desk. It was extremely hot and we had to keep buying water. All in all great day! Only 20 minutes away from the beach by bus or cab."

"Staff very accomodating and helpful - was able to check-in in the morning upon arrival rather than wait. Only negatives is that the room has not enough lighting and was a bit dark. I found the shower to be a little tight too."

"many things, the room manual with places to eat and historical locations to visit. The shower was so nice and LARGE. Nice to be able to turn around and not bump into the control handle, or bend over to wash your toes. The bed was very comfortable. The Air Conditioner actually works. Plus we did not hear any of the other guests during the night, but we know new guests arrived and departed during our stay. Also great location, easy to walk to the City Center, or take a bus to any part of the city. We found some great places to eat, to have a coffee, to enjoy a cocktail, and learn about the history of Sardinia and Cagliari. "
