About this property

3 bedroom 1 bath vacation home, sleeps 6 people.

  • You are sure to enjoy yourself in this completely remodeled home. It is located in the town of Monteagle, just a minutes drive from town. You can enjoy the large yard which has a great fire pit area, or you can just set up on the wrap around porch and enjoy the view from there. It is just a short walk down to the lake if you would like to do some fishing.

    The house is easily accessible. It is conveniently located 45 minutes from Chattanooga, less that 1 ½ hours drive from Knoxville or Nashville. Our house is just a short walk to the Assembly Grounds and just a few minutes drive to the University of the South located a short drive down the road in Sewanee or St. Andrews School.

    The area is known for its beautiful hiking trails, waterfalls, creeks, soaring bluffs, and rock outcroppings. The town offers several shops and places to eat. Do take into mind that this is a place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of work life. So get ready to relax and enjoy time with your friends and family, the outdoors and nature.

    There is a washer and dryer so no worries about running out of clean clothes. A fully equipped kitchen. A smart tv and WIFI. If there are any sport events that you don’t want to miss, you are sure to catch them at the Sewanee Inn, Shenanigans or the Blue Chair. All of these places are just about a 10 minutes drive away.
