Welcome to our charming two-bedroom Corduroy cottage, nestled in a peaceful Monteagle. Each bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed, along with private half bathroom, featuring a private vanity and toilet. A Jack and Jill room with a shower connects the two bedrooms. There are pocket doors on both sides ensuring privacy and ease of access.

The back bedroom offers an added bonus—a dedicated workspace complete with a desk, ideal for remote work or study sessions.

Our spacious kitchen is a highlight, perfect for preparing meals and gathering with other members of your travel group. Please note there is no oven or dishwasher provided in this cottage. You will notice rather than having a full stove top there is a small electric top built in to one of the cupboards with two eyes.

In the cozy living room, unwind on the sleeper sofa featuring a full-size mattress, accommodating two additional guests comfortably. Snuggle up and enjoy the large TV above the fireplace, equipped with Roku for streaming your favorite shows and movies.

Whether you're here for work, relaxation, or exploration of the area, our cottage provides a peaceful retreat with all the comforts of home.

Other Details to Note:
🐻 Once booked, you will be receiving a text from our team from our 615 number with a rental agreement to sign. You will get a text with your access instructions the day before your arrival once this is signed.
🐻 Please note this cottage is located on a space with other homes, cabins and an event center. We ask that you please be mindful of your neighbors.
🐻 Regarding the unit: While the max occupancy is 6 people, remember the space is SMALL. Towels & linen are provided (including bedding for the sofa bed). Travel sized toiletries, a hairdryer, and handheld steamer are provided. The well-equipped kitchen features a small two eyed stove top, refrigerator, and microwave. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware is also provided. Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities desired such as additional toilet paper.
🐻 Reminder, there is not an oven or dishwasher in this unit. We have supplied s drying rack under the sink to help with dish duty.
🐻 In regards to the layout, the two bedrooms are connected by room where you will find the shared shower. There are pocket doors in both bedrooms for privacy. Separately, both bedrooms feature their own half bath with a private vanity and toilet.
🐻 We do allow approved dogs with the collection of a pet fee. Please inquire for pet fees. Failure to have pets approved can lead to larger fees and possible eviction.
🐻 We are currently in the process of redesigning and refreshing the different units and grounds, so you may notice vendors and delivery vehicles during the day.
🐻 Check in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 10 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate to other guests, we cannot guarantee that an early check in or late check out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm.
🐻 Please be mindful of your surroundings! Bear Hollow shares a fence with a state park. It is great to be so close, but remember there could be critters in the area as we are located beside their home.
