"Hotel was beautifully decorated. Every staff were very friendly and all greeted you every time they saw you. I feel they go out your way to make your stay comfortable. We stayed in the grand suite. We got really good toiletries and the hotel picked us up and dropped us off at the airport since we stayed in the grand suite. You also get welcome drink on arrival too. "Very nice hotel centrally located in Bossa. Great if you're traveling with a group as they have multi bedroom accommodations. Be aware, if you're trying to have friends back at your place after the club, the front desk will try to charge you €80 per guest, which is absolutely ridiculous. "The staff here are very helpful and friendly and catered for everything we asked for. Very very clean and I’ve never seen a pool being looked after so well. We were half board and every meal was made to order, not hanging around on a hot plate like an AI buffet style. On the last day the hotel manager came to say goodbye and did all she could to make our last day really comfortable as our flight wasn’t until after midnight. Will definitely stay here again!!!"
