The beach and swimming are first-rate. It is the same area as five-star hotels like Jamaica Inn and Couples. And the White River runs into the sea right beside the hotel making the water clean and clear.

The room is very dirty and smells All the furniture infrastructure was outdated and old Would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel This was the nastiest and most disgusting hotel I have ever been in

Please don't let the picture that you see of this hotel fooled you it is nothing like it I did not know that plces like this exist in Jamaica it's dirty in the hallway the room was not too dirty this was the first time for me staying in this kind of hotel I always stay in a fiver star hotel but everywhere was fully booked, but I did not expect that

After staying here for almost a week, I grew a slight appreciation for the lodge. Yes, it is very dated and needs alot of work, but the staff members and the beach access really sets the lodge apart from others. If we needed anything, there were staff members around to ask. It did take a few hours but eventually, it got done. If you are staying here, it is probably because you did not want to pay an arm and a leg for a 4-5 star hotel; keep your expectations as low as the price you paid and find the good in the lodge for the time you are there.

The room I booked was different from what was offered. The linens were missing. Had to ask for a comforter bedspread n it came ripped and had dirt stains on it. There was spiders on the wall. The AC was loud and noisy all night. The restaurant was closed early limited choices. The sliding doors to the balcony was super hard to open n needs to be fixed. I appreciate if my stay can be refunded I paid $146 for that night for a crappy hotel.

The view is very nice, staff very nice, but the room very dirty and old I paid for two nights but only stayed for one night because I couldn’t use the toilet, toilet was very old and dirty lots of hair on the shower walls explained why I was checking out early to the agent at the desk very nice and understanding but said he couldn’t do anything because I paid Expedia, but really couldn’t stayed because I needed to used the toilet and I couldn’t used the one that was in my room, they didn’t even offer to change my room are yo do anything to fix the situation so over paid for a hotel room that don’t even worth fifty dollars a night. I will not book any more hotels on your website.

I booked an 8 night reservation here. Unfortunately we did not stay here. As soon as I arrived to the property & saw the condition of the place, I booked somewhere else & attempted 2 cancel my reservation same day.The pictures online doesn't accaccurately show the condition of the place & its surroundings. Its a motel.Barely beachfront. The street leading up to the place is very sketchy & makes you uncomfortable.There were people just standing all in the street. And when we passed by, they all stopped & was staring into our car. The windows were tinted, but the stickers on the car made it obvious we were tourists in a rental. The only parking behind the building is unprotected by security or even a fence. Any1 can easily access the vehicles. I will say the woman working at the front desk was very pleasant and professional. After we recieved our keys she directed us on how2 get to our room located on the 2nd floor. No elevators & noone to help carry. There were no lights on the 2nd floor hallway. So when the sun went down, I had to use my cellphone light to search for the room. The bathroom looked as if it was cleaned, but because the motel is old & outdated, the tub & toilet was stained.No towels. Initially my boyfriend & I decided to stay 1 night & check out in the morning. I requested bathing towels. Was not given enough & basically told to make it enough. We checked out immediately. The woman would not let us cancel the reservation at the hotel. Since booked on expedia.

This place should never be advertised as an hotel or a place to lodge. Please take heed to my comment and all the other negative ones, because they are true. The pictures available online are not from this building. When I arrived at the location, I was beyond astonished because the building was dilapidated with mildew running down the walls outside. It is located down an alley way with a lot of men hanging-out (red flag #1). At my arrival, a police car pulled up suddenly and they immediately entered the building (red flag #2). This tells me there was some illegal/criminal activity taking place, or just occurred before i showed up. I was still in disbelief that this was the hotel that I booked online with ocean view, so entered and confirmed with the receptionist if this was indeed the place and she said yes. I immediately asked her how i can get a refund, because there was no way I could stay here with my young child and feel safe. She then tried convincing me to go down the hallway and take a look around. Once i opened the door that would lead me down the hallway, the scent of marijuana slapt me in my face. I immediately turned around and told her, there is no way I am staying here because i was catfished. The manager told me that they would NOT be refunding my money. I immediately left and book another hotel to stay. I immediately filed a dispute with my credit card company and explained what occurred. Thank the Lord i was fully refunded.

Rhody ,Michelle ,Aaron ,Deon ,Ingrid and Beautiful Angel Miss Janice and last but not least the man that can help with everything Ricky ! My mother and I celebrated our birthdays staying at this hotel it’s amazing and conveniently located rooms are big and free breakfast, all the food and drinks are delicious! Shout out to Sara the owner’s daughter and the owners everyone treats you like family not a guest but family if you allow the staff they will fill you up with Authentic Jamaican love and vibes, soon come ♥️

Please Read

The hotel is no longer by that name which made it hard to locate. The actual check in is at 4pm but it’s advertised as 3pm. Any guest can only stay on balcony but cannot come in your room. No overnight guests allowed. There is also a no refund policy so although I didn’t like the place I wa s forced to stay there so I don’t lose my money. The bar out back was the best thing this place has going on and the staff is friendly.
