Everything was very clean. Everyone was happy and polite. The friendliest staff I've ever seen on vacation. No gossip between employees means they're truly happy. Very refreshing. We'll be back for sure!!!

This was our first time to Jamaica. We have always traveled with our thermal mugs and unfortunately we lost one at the pool. This was missing for a couple days however the staff tracked it down for us and even left a card with it in our room. The food was excellent. It was a bit of an adjustment taking the tram between the two sides but it arrives quickly and staying on the upper side gives a nice breeze at night

I’ve traveled the world and I was pleasantly surprised by how kinda and attentive the staff was. They made the place what it is. It’s very clean because they work hard to keep it that way. I wish they didn’t have carpet bc it’s hard to keep clean or invest in an industrial carpet cleaner. Besides that it was great! Food was good.

Big up Sandals Ochi. The resort was emasculate and the staff were very helpful and polite. I just want to shout out both Patrice's from the front desk and entertainment sections. They both made my stay unforgettable. My villa was amazing and the housekeeping staff were on point. I will definitely stay here again. I love the fact that I could eat somewhere different every day and even eat at crazy hours on the morning thanks to some places being open until 2am.

The property was beautiful and everyone was very nice and accommodating. Savaugn was very helpful and always offering the card ride up and down since my sister had an ankle injury. Front desk was great. Restaurants were good. The bartenders at the pool bar were very slow and don't acknowledge the guests at the bar tomatoes say, be right with you. we actually ended going to a different bar for our cocktails.

100% worth the money! Everyone was so nice and explained everything well as it was our first stay at a resort. All of the food and drinks we had we're delicious and the perfect portions. It only got busy on Friday, so I'd recommend staying earlier in the week if you're not a fan of big crowds. The only issue is its not ADA friendly as there is a lot of walking and stairs so mobility devices can be difficult to have there

Everything is just top of the line, excellent amenities, from the moment that you arrive you are treated simply amazing, friendly and helpful staff, the food is great, plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from and no matter what you choose you are going to enjoy it! Plenty of activities to keep busy if that’s what you want as well as plenty of entertainment to relax and enjoy yourself, either way by the poolside or by the beach is very relaxing and enjoyable.

Loved the room. We booked the cheapest room. The bed was the best sleep we ever had. The balcony was the high light of our stay. The food and hospitality was great. It rained 2 of our 3 days and had a great time. We did no excursion no water sports and still had a great vacation. The only reason we did 4 stars because we wish they had a buffet style diner and maybe be able to get a pizza after 6pm. We've been on multiple cruises and we enjoyed the resort more. Definetly romantic feel for my husband and I to connect.
