Relaxing!

The thermal pools and hot tubs were wonderful. I was disappointed in the 25-minute massage, which was only 20 minutes and was mostly just applying oil. The buffet dinner was 39 euros per person, but there was a great little bar across the street for an alternative. There is not much else to do in Montegrotto, particularly on a Monday.

Eliseo hotel is fantastic. It’s the top for an amazing holiday among the goods of an Italian thermae. And You can find there excellent food and as well hotel staff.

Le camera (una comfort) era un po' datata e spoglia, la pulizia impeccabile. I nostri amici avevano una comfort tripla, decisamente più carina. La colazione è molto buona e sufficientemente varia. Le vasche, pur non essendo grandissime rispetto ad altre strutture della città, hanno una quantità e varietà di idromassaggi incredibile. Le migliori in cui sia mai stata. Una vera meraviglia!

Tutto Ok ( non è la prima volta che vado).. camera pulita anche se con il bagno un pò datato ma per il resto tutto ok. Stamattina per lavoro son dovuto partire presto (7:00) e nonostante l'orario di apertura della colazione fosse alle 7:30, alle 6:55 ho trovato l'addetto disponibile che mi ha supportato per farmi trovare quanto volevo nonostante la chiusura dell'area... non capita spesso di trovare questa disponibilità negli alberghi...

Un pò delusa... 1 notte, in coppia tra la domenica e il lunedì. La struttura dell'albero un pò strana..per accedere alle piscine bisogna passare dal 1° piano,(attraversando la sala colazioni) quando in realtà sono al piano terra.. bho.. La camera molto carina e spaziosa, ma non pulitissima. Ristorante con del personale presente, molto professionale e gentile. Buffet all'ingresso con tante cose, molto ricco, anche per la colazione. La cucina sufficiente, si può, sicuramente migliorare. L' area piscina molto bella, diverse postazioni idromassaggio gradevoli, la sauna un pò piccolina. Arrivando la domenica pomeriggio non abbiamo trovato lettini disponibili, solo qualche sedia, peccato, dato che uno ci va proprio per rilassarsi I prezzi secondo me sia per la struttura, che per il cibo sono veramente alti. Ho provato altri hotel vicini con qualità/prezzo migliori.

une belle découverte

très belle découverte à un prix raisonnable pour les prestations proposées. Seul bémol, la chambre attribuée suite à la réservation hotels.vom était mal située, petite et avec une très petite salle de bain. Mais nous avons pu changer de chambre à partir de la 2ème nuit sans soucis, ce qui a été très agréable. Les piscines sont très agréables et propres dans un cadre buccolique. Le personnel étant pour la plupart avenant et charmant.

Abbiamo pernottato una sola notte, la camera era davvero pulita e in ordine, sufficientemente spaziosa per 3 persone, con 2 terrazzini che si affacciavano sulle piscine. Silenzioso durante la notte. Molto belle le piscine, personale disponibile ed educato. Un'esperienza sicuramente positiva.

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Dennoch finden wir das Hotel nicht behindertengerecht. Die Dusche war zu eng und hatte keinen Haltegriff, das WC viel zu tief. Es gab zu viele sehr enge Aufzüge. Bei dem Thema Aufzüge oder Fahrstühle habe ich Sicherheitsbedenken. Beim Betreten der Schwimmhalle fehlten mir 2-3 Haltegriffe.

Un problema con la camera, non risolvibile nel breve termine e che ha reso infattibile passare lì la notte, ci ha costretti a tornare a casa a sera tarda poiché l'albergo non aveva altre camere disponibili e non è stata proposta un'alternativa in altre strutture vicine, come accade generalmente. Il receptionist, gentilmente non ci ha fatto pagare la notte mentre una sua collega, la prima a cui abbiamo posto la problematica, si è semplicemente esposta "non comprendendo" il nostro fastidio e disinteressandosi dello stesso consigliandoci esclusivamente il checkout anticipato.

Great hotel, beautiful area

We stayed in one of the newer rooms; it was lovely. The bar man was really lovely. One of the ladies on reception spoke really good English and was very helpful. The pool was lovely, so warm! The facilities were great. One rule we did not know was about wearing a swimming hat in the water but the hotel kindly provided us with these. All was very enjoyable and recommend this hotel.
