The hotel was amazing. The location was fantastic for our short city break and the staff on reception could not have been more helpful. Our room was clean and the beds were so comfortable. We got great nights sleeps as it was so quiet. Would highly recommend.

The owner and staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly! One of the staff members, who has been working there for 39 years, initially greeted us, and was always warm, funny, and personable. The owner gave us daily visitor tips around Florence, and Siena and San Gimignano. These folks made the whole stay at this boutique hotel truly memorable. Highly Recommended!!
