"Sandra, the host who manages the property is so friendly and welcoming. There are groups of apartments around a courtyard each with a kitchen. Perfect base for exploring the area, but a car is needed. Swimming pool with views from the hillside. Parking spaces for each apartment which have their own charming names! There is also a panaramic function room by the pool, which would be excellent for any gathering. More details on their website."

We also had her prepare a meal for us and our extended family 20 people and it was our favorite meal of our trip ! Everything was so fresh and so wonderful ! "This house is perfect for staying with friends and family. The views are beautiful and the house is very well maintained and kitchen well stocked with all equipment required. The cupboard to help yourself to if you’d forgotten any essentials was a really lovely touch. Tracy and Francesco could not have been more accommodating in answering questions and checking in with us whilst we stayed. We cannot recommend this house more - a really great place to stay."

The property is beautiful, with lovely gardens, perfect sunsets and, yes, we had donkeys, sheep and deer for neighbors. The house is spacious and comfortable, uniquely furnished with works by Orvieto Craftsmen and murals featuring the gardens and the donkeys. We were 11, ranging in age from 4 to 78 and took full advantage of the amazing pool complex, including hot tub, sauna and misting showers....
