"When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned. The host was at first responsive--but as we discovered that the TV didn't work, there were not enough plates even for two people, and no information about how to operate the mini-splits or gas stove, we realized that we could spend our vacation reaching out to the host to request repairs/guidance/replacement...or we could move to another property and enjoy ourselves. "The Quality Inn in Great Barrington is a good value play. The room we had was clean; the staff was friendly and knowledgeable; and the heating was welcomed on this March day. Breakfast was a weak point, but the coffee was good and available throughout the day. And yes, I would stay there again. "
