"To put it simply you get what you pay for, the door to the room got stuck on the carpet every time we opened it and the cabinet door of the tv stand was broken and wouldn’t shut. The parking was tight and not the easiest thing in the world but it was manageable. Other than those things it was nice, clean, decently maintained, good water pressure with hot water, clean pool and friendly staff!"

"This hotel was pretty run down on the outside, but the room was clean. For a place to sleep and shower for a night or two it was fine and in a great location. Air conditioner made a weird noise at times but it did work."

"There’s not a lot of great motels/hotels in Seaside. I was looking for a good place for my parents after reading some reviews on the Sea palace I booked it for them. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and Ac was great for 100 degree days. And the location is great and within walking distance to boardwalk and everything else. Would definitely recommend this place."
