This house is located in peaceful Monterey less than a miles walk from the lake. Relax and unwind on the lovely grounds, cook up some food for friends out on the back patio, or take a short drive down to the town beach where a couple of kayaks will be waiting for you. After your paddle, rinse off in the outdoor shower and finish the night off outside by the fire. Doesn't get much better than this home nestled right into the lakeside community that is Monterey.

The property is a three bedroom three bath situated up a driveway off of all busy roads. The location is quiet private and is surrounded by trees and nature. Inside the house you will find the space very well appointed. The kitchen is large and open and great for cooking for the whole family.

Inside the main living space the ceilings are angled and close to twenty feet high. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are up to date and stocked with all the basic amenities needed to enjoy your stay here in The Berkshires.

The crown jewel of this property really are the grounds. The large grass yard is fully private from all neighbors and is a perfect spot for catering to friends and family, playing games with one another, and just lounging and enjoying the beautiful Berkshire weather.

Cozy lake side community. Calm, quiet, and peaceful, with space to spread out and tons of activities to do in the lake just a short walk down the street!

Lots of room for parking for a few cars in your own driveway. Lots of people like to walk and bike in the neighborhood. Please be mindful and drive SLOWLY.

The property was welcoming to pets. We had a bit of a problem with the furnace but the host took care of it right away. And we had a snowfall which was addressed promptly as the driveway was cleared early in the morning. Plenty of space for our family to cocoon in the snowy weather. We enjoyed our stay.
