The house impeccable serene design will elevate your vacation experience. The space is flooded with natural light from its windows and skylights (With lake view, and 5 min walk to Lake Garfield private white sand beach and access to variety of activities the Berkshires has to offer and the proximity to the town of Great Barrington- your time will be full with excellent choices. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people. 5 Bedrooms, 4 full Bathrooms, 2 Living Rooms with 2 oversized smart TV’s, 2 washing and 2 dryer machines, all quipped Chef Kitchen, Dining Room and Front & Rear Decks. The beautiful property includes a Front and Rear yards with outdoor Hot Tub & Solo smokeless Fire pit. Topped by easy walk to lake Garfield white sandy white beach, boat launch access, picnic tables and lifeguard. Our guests are welcome to use our Kayak & puddle board that are stored by the the public beach during the season. Access to the lake is ONLY through the Public Beach, located 5 min. walking distance from the house.

No Additional Guests which are not part of the booking. Quiet hours are between 8pm-9am. Beach access only through the Garfield lake public beach.

No Shoes inside the house. Baskets are located next to each entry door to place shoes in it Do not flush ANYTHING other than toilet paper.

The use of the Hot Tub is at your Own Risk. Swimming / using Kayak / Paddle Board is at your Own Risk. Keep Boiler closet closed at all times.
