Coastal Soul - Monterey House - Monterey Living

This comfortable bungalow is less than a half mile to the ocean, a few blocks to the Naval Postgraduate School, and walking distance to downtown Monterey's breweries, bakeries, restaurants and shops. The light-filled home opens to a huge backyard where you can barbecue, relax in the sun, or get cozy by the wood-burning chiminea. The kitchen is fully-equipped (minus a dishwasher), there's an office area in the living room along with a fireplace and a separate dining area. Two bedrooms (one King, one Queen) share a hall bath with a tub/shower. Driveway parking for several cars and street parking (72 hour limit).

Great experience!

The home itself was beautiful, the yards are well-maintained, the location is very convenient for getting to downtown Monterey or onto the highway, and the neighborhood is pretty quiet! Only had a few minor hiccups with the home that received extremely prompt service when brought to the property manager's attention (responded to and addressed within 2-3 days), not many power outlets in the home but not an issue for a single person/couple staying in the home. Great time!
