Everything about this inn was impeccable. Staff was polite, helpful, kind and patient. The rooms were nicely appointed, very clean and nice. One complaint would be that the blinds do not block enough of the light coming into the room while sleeping. But everything else was absolutely wonderful!

It was great!! I didn’t sleep that well on the bed, but that is my own back issue, it’s picky. Aside from that it was wonderful.

The hospitality was phenomenal. We had a wonderful experience the room was super cute. Carmel Resort Inn
Freezing, no heater, basically camping, called the front desk they told me that there’s a portable in the closet but what’s in the closet is a portable air conditioner not a portable heater. Beds need to be replaced extremely uncomfortable
