I love this hotel. I think this was my fifth day within three years. It never disappoints. There have even been improvements like the meal vouchers and the bicycle rental vouchers. The staff is always super nice. It’s unpretentious and welcoming. If you like to bicycle or rollerskate, there’s a great path right next to the hotel. I loved walking to Trader Joe’s and rollerskating.
I hate to give out this secret because I love the hotel and I want them to make a lot of money off of other people, but not me. There is very cheap parking across the street from the Bank of America. Now I use that instead of their valet.

"Rooms are outdated. Bathroom fixtures and cabinets look old and not maintained. Except for the lobby, the hotel does not deserve 4 stars. Guests have to request room cleaning or towel replacements.
