Apartment completely refurbished on 2018 with independent access, typical flat of the village of Monterosso al Mare - 5 Terre.
Located in the old village of Monterosso, in a typical alley that starts from the main square G. Garibaldi, quiet and uncrowded, very close to all services: bars, restaurants, bakery, supermarkets, beaches and fishing port just 100 meters away.
Easy access to public transport (railways station) and taxis.
Thanks to its central location, you can live the experience of the local life, the wineries, the habits of its inhabitants.
Monterosso is part of 5 Terre (Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, Riomaggiore)

Mine is a completely renovated accommodation in 2018 with independent access, typical house of the village of Monterosso al Mare - 5 Terre.
It is located inside the historic center of Monterosso in a characteristic alley that starts from the central square G. Garibaldi, quiet and uncrowded, while remaining convenient to all services: bars, restaurants, bakery, supermarket, beach and fishing pier just 100 meters away.
Easy access to all public transport (train station) and taxis.
Thanks to its central location, you can experience the life of the place, its cellars, the habits of its inhabitants.
Monterosso is part of the 5 Terre (Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, Riomaggiore) all connected perfectly with train and boats.

From the independent entrance, climbing the internal staircase on the first floor leads to the accommodation that is developed in a single bright environment with two large windows, a hallway separating the double bedroom from the living area with sofa bed and kitchenette. Bathroom with shower. Conditioned air.

Great location in old town, Sara was always prompt on answering any questions even before I actually booked her property. Easy walk from the train station to her apartment. Apartment is in a quiet alley so you don’t hear any noise from local restaurants. Would not hesitate to book from Sara again.

Every detail in this charming apartment was crafted for guests. We loved being so close to restaurants, shops and the ocean! The hosts were wonderful with assisting us with a taxi from the train station and if you are traveling light, you can walk it!

My son and I enjoyed this lovely apartment and the old town was charming even in winter. Wonderful restaurants and great hiking with spectacular views. We would stay again!! Sara was very responsive and accommodating when we accidentally locked ourselves out.

I traveled to Monterosso with my brother and mother. When we first stepped into the little apartment, we were so excited because it was located right in the middle of the village and our curiosity was met with full of wonder, of what it would be like to stay in one of these tiny, historical homes. The room was very unique, compact, and cozy. It was updated with great accomodations and the host would answer our emails promptly. The room was clean and the stay was memorable. This 1 bedroom apartment is rated very highly with a 10/10. So I will also leave a 10 and wish the owners the best of luck in the future.

The host was great at communicating and the location was absolutely perfect! It was beautifully decorated. Unfortunately the beds were really uncomfortable. The full size bed was ok but the single bed and pull out bed were miserable to sleep in. The stairs were really difficult to navigate but the host was very up front about this when booking so we managed. Overall I’d stay here again but only as a couple in the big bed. I wouldn’t book this with more than 2 people.

Cute Apartment in Monterosso Al Mare

Sara’s place was decorated super cute. It was comfortable and clean. The location was amazing! In the middle old town. Basically across the street from the beach and near tons shops and restaurants. A little walk to the train station but a perfect starting point to visit all 5 villages. Sara was a responsive host and answered all our questions. I highly recommend her apartment!

We loved the central location of this apartment. The unit was clean and comfortable for 2 people. We loved having cappuccinos across the way at MJs and the bakery was also conveniently located. It was very quiet at night. We shopped at the outdoor market on Wednesday and enjoyed cooking and eating in one night.

This is a lovely and clean apartment in a perfect location. Close to the water, restaurants, train is a short walk. The apartment was as advertised. The steps to access are a bit steep and the rope handrail, while interesting and visually pleasing, would make the stairs a challenge for those with mobility issues. However everything was amazing for us and we enjoyed our visit. The host is very accommodating and nice. Would rent again.

A Gem in the Heart of Monterosso!

Beautiful, fun, clean, modern studio apartment. Right in the heart of town, but on a quiet street. We had the best night’s sleep on our Italy tour. Wish we could have stayed several days. Bed was very comfortable and it was quiet and cozy! Great communication with Sara, who is a wonderful host! The town is charming and fun. All the Cinque Terre towns are great to explore but this is the best one to stay in…. And this is the best apartment! Thank you Sara!!! Have a wonderful summer.

Great stay in a beautiful, cozy apartment

Very cute, well decorated apartment, remodeled to be like brand new! There is one flight of stairs to be navigated with your luggage--a bit tricky if you are older--but Sarah shows that in the photos so you know about this up front. We were very comfortable here; Sarah provided a lot of information about the area, as well. The little MG Bar is no longer there, but there are lots of other places to get breakfast, and a fabulous restaurant, Via Venti, just a few steps down the street. The location is great--about a 10 minute walk from the Monterosso train station, and it is lovely to stroll through the back streets of Monterosso. We really enjoyed our stay here.
