Nous apprécions toujours être accueillis en personne. Le personnel était formidable! On nous a transporté à la gare de bus gratuitement et donné d'excellents conseils de restaurants et de lieux incontournables à visiter! La chambre était magnifique avec son plafond en haut-reliefs et ornements gothiques.

Hotel was ok...a little worn and in a remote neighborhood complete with all night barking dogs. Parking was a hassle and amazed they wanted to charge a daily fee for use of pool when amenities description did not state that. Elevators was a nightmare. On the positive side breakfast and staff were excellent.

The resort is extremely outdated especially the rooms including the motel like bathrooms which were the worse. The room smelled old, furniture needs updating, ..."
