Amazing house for a family holiday, set in a peaceful location in the foothills of the Pyrenees.

Large heated outdoor swimming pool with outdoor kitchen, cooking area and toilet. Sun loungers, comfortable sofa seating, large outdoor dining tableland chairs - this is an amazing space to spend the whole day in the sun. The pool area is self contained - enclosed by a wall and accessed from the house through lockable sliding patio doors and from the front garden via a single lockable door.

Spacious, well equipped kitchen with island and walk in larder/store/utility room.

Large open plan living/dining room with TV, sofas and dining table, leading to a large rear terrace with comfortable outdoor seating, dining table and olive tree. This separate private terrace to rear of house provides fantastic panoramic views of the Pyrenees towards Canigou.

There is a second TV room with sofa and TV, with large sliding patio doors, leading to the pool area.

Villa sits in a very private location, not overlooked, with gated access to the property. There is plenty of space for parking a number of cars.

Only 25 minutes drive from the beaches of Collioure, Argeles and more.
