"This is a quaint place to stay with lots of bonus features. It was overall comfortable and private. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook for oneself though we didn't, along with a full size fridge. The beds were nice sized and comfortable. There was a TV (we didn't use) and some games / books along with flyers to explore the area. We did like the hot tub and used it a couple times.The only negatives were trying to stay warm and accessing the hot tub. There is no central heating, only a baseboard heater in the living room and some space heaters in the bathroom and bedrooms. These worked pretty well for the space but it took a little time. The hot tube really only seats 3 and it's a bit of a uncovered walk on some stepping stones. When it's wet outside they were muddy and slippery so our feet or shoes got dirty. There was no place to put a towel or shoes near the hot tube so they got wet when it sprinkled. The cover is also a little hard to remove because you cannot access the side or back. But the hot tube was great and we managed. For how great the place was, these were some minor things that could be improved. We had a great time, would highly recommend the place, and if we're back would check it out again!"

"I spent Thanksgiving week at the ranch and it was perfect! I sat at the kitchen window each morning sipping my coffee and watching the animals. The sunrise and sunsets each day were breathtaking. The kitchen is well stocked and plenty big! Joe is a gracious host and excellent communicator. Oh! Go eat at The Peachtree Cafe! Wowser!! "

"The house was clean and well furnished with everything we needed including a spacious master ensuite and upstairs bedrooms for the kids. The fenced backyard was large and spacious with a fire pit and cute string lights. The view of the stars out back was amazing. There were 2 seating areas and the one with the TV had a nice large comfy couch that fit the entire family to watch the release of Stranger Things together after our long day hiking in Sedona. The bedding and mattress were also very comfy with soft cotton sheets and a tempur pedic style mattress."

"This cottage had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend! Host was very responsive and accommodating. Clear instructions for checkin and checkout. Environment was peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Kitchenette was well stocked. Enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you. "

"Wonderful home- perfect for our day trips to Sedona! It was rainy some of our stay because of hurricane Pricilla but we had plenty of room to stay in and dry. Even saw a rainbow our last morning. "
