Está alejado del centro de Montpellier y resulta práctico para quien se desplaza con coche, no así para quien debe hacerlo con transporte público. Su amplio aparcamiento está muy bien. El que las habitaciones cuenten aire acondicionado es muy importante en esta época de verano. No tiene ascensor.
